The miniatures are dixon and I think the other one with the tatoo is a mega figure. He is a little short so he has a little stool to stand on behind the bar. 

The bottles are just made from some rolled clay that hards when put in the oven.

 From the accent of the owner of bar and the Forza Azzuri banner, I think is safe to say that this bar is an Italian Bar.
