God of the Bloody Tongue - scratch built Nyarlathotep.

By night I laboured, haunted by strange dreams that caused me to tremble in fear as I constructed this blasphemous monstrosity. The image kept returning, the God of the Bloody Tongue, Nyarlathotep himself, striding through ancient forests, leaving madness and terror in his wake...

"The God of the Bloody Tongue: A creature the size of a building, of vaguely humanoid stature but having three legs and immense, clawed arms. Its head is an immense blood-soaked tentacle in which a vast, gaping maw looms when the thing howls at the moon."

I made this the other night after reading a number of Mythos tales and a few old COC adventures, after much sanity loss this is the end result, I'm not sure whether to make a base for him - he's pretty big!
