So, since i liked the big one so much, I decided to increase the size of the 6mm ones by 25%. And I REALLY like the result!

The goose-like robots now are clearly smaller, like they should be, but they still tower over infantry, like they should be!

C&C welcome. Printing some more terrain for next monday's release!
Cheers,
Jack

Painted the robot! well, at least one. The painting took a bit less than an hour, but i reckon that by using the wise amount of serialization I could paint multiple pieces in about 20 minutes each!

The technique was the same I used for the IFV: contrasts, drybrush of the main color, details then white drybrush. Here a scale shot with some 6mm troops and tanks.

They are BIG, big enough to work as imperial knighs for a Knights World or a Knights Crusade Epic army. Would there be enough interest for these??

Cheers,
Jack

Those are great! I’m not an Epic player but I certainly would look for ways to use them in my 6mm scifi forces.

Nice paint job on the mech!  :-*

More importantly, nice designing on the entire range.  ;D

Lots of neat stuff in this thread.

Thanks! Severeal more variations are under works, so hopefully you'll find the perfect fit for your scope!

Cheers Ray! Yeah, the range is growing and i like that. I'll be slowly putting most of the designs on the STL store too!

Speaking of which.... two new products are on the store!

Excellent work, as per usual, and easier to get hold of than those great bazaar buildings you did.

I would love the files for all of these — towers and ‘bots — shrunk down to 50% for 3mm. Do you think that is possible?

I desperately want to get those shanty town Stf files to try them out for 3mm. Where can I buy them?

Wow! That would be interesting to see! You can find all the files on the store: https://www.myminifactory.com/users/TheLazyForger

As for rescaling the towers, i guess it is possible but they would be VERY fragile once printed (but it can be a non-problem i guess)

Do let me know how you'll find yourself with these for 3mm!!!

The towers don’t interest me so much as the shanty towns and asian modern buildings... plus, of course, your walker robots. Will they ever become available?

The robots are ALMOST ready for release. They were due for release today, but i had a few mishaps in the weekend that delayed the process. :(
I have a bunch of them printed, and they are oh-so-fun to pose, so many possibilities!

So far this is the current status:

Cheers, soon updates, promise! :)
