Cracking job :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-*
What decision is needed with a gun? surely they have 88 mm Ammo?

They do have 88 ammo... but then I need to decide if they will get an 88 or the Beute M39 85mm Soviet AA gun I have done in German colours...

Just curious.. the Stug is "yellow for Stalingrad"...am I missing something?
I'd always assumed that it was always grey till 1943, though I have read something about different schemes for Southern Russia in 1942...

Possibly stuff orginally earmarked for the Afrika Korps in sand camo that was diverted to the eastern front?

A beute gun, the Soviet M1939 52-k 85mm AA gun was captured and used in large numbers by the Germans.

In the last months of the war, many used in AA positions on the Westwall came into use as AT guns. Many guns were also relined so that they could use German 88mm ammunition.

This gun is a relined 8.5cm M39r now using 8.8cm flak ammunition and crewed by a Waffen SS unit...

Superb crew and vehicles.

Not sure if it's just me, but your earlier pictures seem to have disappeared from your posts?

Hazard of linking the old pics from Facebook I think... they change the URL now and then to reduce bandwidth.

I like the idea of different 'drop in' loads. May very well nick that one.

Some of my pictures disappeared for the same reason from forums. I use imgur to link pictures to LAF and Benno's.
