Completed in just a week, my Red Army platoon decked out for cold weather is ready to be featured in my Küstrin scenario book.

Made using all 20mm Xan Das Minis, it’s a full platoon with an MG team and some dodgy looking Commissar types…

Next a PSC kit with the S&S Models rear add on body... and a converted Xan Soviet to be a sniper by adding the scope from an AB Scout!

Two Red Army engineers with the ROKS-3 flamethrower.

Base models are by CP Models but with the heads replaced with Xan Minis heads to blend with the rest of the army.

"Why, I orta...set you on fire, yuk, yuk, yuk!"

Good to see Popeye turning out for Uncle Joe.

Great painting and figures all round.  The Italian table really nails the look perfectly.
