Brilliant job. Love the use of the FIC figures.

Many of the the FIC range fit in well, especially if painted as VC. Just getting some heads done with the can hat so that they can be converted for more options.

I thought they would work well together. Having good pictures, of all your ranges, on your web site is a fantastic help when chosing minis, especially as you show multiple angles and not just the front side.

I succumbed to temptation and bought the PBR.
Going to have a go at the apres canvas roof burnt off look, just playing around with various plastic plants to see if anything looks the part...

Lovely work. I think you're on the right path with the foliage also!  :D

So far; a coat of Vallejo black surface primer, a coat of Vallejo Nato green surface primer. Still had some unsprayed green so added a drop of the black and hit the recesses, then had a go at a highlight with some model air 'green RLM62'.

I have had great luck with thick, bushy makeup brushes when I use them to highlight up the colors on a dark base like that.

Perhaps start mixing in some Khaki and then Iraqi Sand and use those makeup brushes ($3-$5 each) to lighten that green.  Then the detailing and stuff.

I just ordered 78 Vietnam minis from Empress.  Someday, when I have a little more room, I'll make one of those fantastic Pibbers!
