Finally got round to sorting out the new Urban Future buildings range but for the time being there's only the one (been busy with Gradara) but I do have two other versions nearly ready to go in in the next couple of weeks. Larger buildings are under development as well.

It's a simple precinct building and there are options for either for a plain building carcass or the carcass with all the additions. There's also options for just the ground floor or the whole 2 stories and the separate upper floor allows for taller structures to be built.
