I received three of these Ma.K’s from Commander Vyper and I decided to use one as part of my entry for round 9 of the LPL.
When I got these I didn’t realise that they were solid rubber and proceeded to try and cut off the hatch.
It worked OK. But I had to be careful. I also hollowed it out to make the cockpit.
I had this Sudan Perry British infantryman that I decided I would use as a pilot. Didn’t really like the pose and he was a freebie from a wrong order. I cut him off at the shoulders.
I also broke off all of the extra equipment and arms. The legs and feet are already loose and just pegged in place.
Started building the extra bits with plastic card, rod and bits off of a pen for the glass.
The funnel was made out of a bit of the same pen and the gauges on the back tanks was made out of plastic tube closed off at one end with plastic card. Used green stuff to fill in some holes and to form the cockpit seat, arm and harness around the pilot.
Also added some extra rivets from plastic rod and a screw for one of the weapons.
Used some brass rods to make pipes running from the back tanks to the body.
Removed the jet engines from the back and replaced it with some grills. Also repositioned the feet to make the Ma.K stand better.

I have two more of these left not sure what I am going to use them for?
Possibly one for a pulp type robot?
Or a WWWII battle suit?
