El Capitan!
« on: 01 July 2009, 02:22:38 PM »
One of the scenarios in our upcoming Thrilling Expeditions Quarterly involves the masked hero El Capitan. Brigade has produced a very nice figure of him.

He was sculpted by Paul Hicks and painted by Chris Smith.

Hmmm. El Capitan seems to have been inspired from the deeds of one senor fox. ;)

I'm not sure he is up on their site yet. I got an early casting so I could get it painted in time for the TEQ release.

Also El Capitan is a hero of the Texian Revolution, whereas el Zorro is a hero of Old Mexico. This is just one of the many other critical differences between them.

The remaining differences are

He should be. I can't find him on the Brigade site so I'll make some calls and find out where he is.

Lon let me order him last week before he went on vacation.  I believe he cost $3.50, and I had to scrawl a note that I wanted him added to my order.  I hope there's no confusion when Lon gets back from vacation.

If I remember correctly, he should be back from vacation at this point. Could be wrong, of course.
