And... WE ARE ONLINE!

Feel free to share it around (please do! :) ), 6mm gamers are few and sparse. Reaching them is the hardest challenge of all.

The mega-bundle - 35$

And the store - in case you'd want a single specific design:

Well, here we are, the store is up and running and we got our first sales.

Still a bit too exausted to think at new packs, but always open for suggestions!

Meanwhile, working on another "free sample" with troops, so that people will be able to print some figures and test out the range.

Putting this online tomorrow afternoon, as soon as i manage to print a couple of pieces!

Once again, here is the link: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-western-kingdom-battlefield-bundle-121516

Cheers,

Wow this looks amazing. I am definitely going to give it a go once you've made the sample figures available so I can test that I can print them OK.

The $34.99 all in option looks very attractive as I guess you can print 2 x medieval European armies, plus siege train and terrain with that!

Any idea if and how the terrain would print out at 3mm scale?

On a resin printer? It will probably print great! Compared to the miniatures our terrain tends to be bulkier, so it should print just fine!

AND if you do print it, DO post some pictures!!!! :) Very very curious!

I am really impressed with this, I don't have a resin 3D printer, but we (Sally 4th) do have a 3D printing service for people that want to print miniatures and don't have a resin printer. I checked the files out, and for example the set of 4 siege mantlets work out at 28p for the set.

I ran a article on my hobby blog several months ago about our 3D bureau service, I've just updated it today with details of these figures and printing them. I'm sure I will update it again when I've got some figures painted and based.

Article Link: https://wargamesbuildings.co.uk/Hobby-Blog/how-to-3d-print-miniatures
p.s. We do not sell 3D printed figures as we do not have licenses to do this. This is just a way to get some figures that you own the files for printed if you don't have a 3D resin printer!

Sounds fantastic!  As soon as you have some prints done, do share them here. I'll link people without a printer to you!

BTW, We're considering a cheap "vendor license" too, there are a few who asked for that.

Aaaand, we now got a short article for prepping and painting the minis!

If anyone here was a bit skeptical or worried about the scale & material, here's something to make you at ease!

I agree it could be a fun thing to do!

Of course we have NOTHING against people buying the files then printing for themselves! If Chris wants to discuss that, a non-exclusive vendor license would be pretty cheap too!

I'd be very curious to hear from someone ordering the pieces from your store! What printers are you running?

A few updates!

First of all: we're on WargameVault too!
Commissions on MyMini are MUCH better for us, but if you really don't want to get on a new platform and stick to WgV, here's the link!
https://www.wargamevault.com/product/313892/Western-Kingdom--3D-Battlefield-Bundle

Other than that, I just finished a little diorama, meant to be used as the base-camp for most rulesets that require one.

Lastly, I tried taking a couple of pictures of my based from the top.
What do you think? could they be useful as tokens for some game? It was just a flinch, really not planning something in particular.

C&C welcome!

Jack

Really this is what 6mm has always aspired to. Never seen a 6mm army looking this good before. Ever.
