Zero Hour rules set
« on: June 13, 2020, 09:35:31 PM »
Dear all,
I have been working on Zero Hour, a WW1 rules set, for many years now. Far too long, but then again, I’m a gamer,  not a writer.
The game is pitched at the Warhammer Historical Great War size of game,  intended for battalion size armies, and can easily be played up to brigade level.

The rules are now at a point I am happy with them, and cover all the things I’d like to see in a rule set. I’ve had a lot of play testing with my friendly local gaming group, and demo games at Hammerhead and Salute.

So I’m happy that the game plays how I’d like it to play. But as I’m not a writer, I would like some feedback from people who have never played it.  So if anyone is interested in reading a draft, and providing constructive feedback  please PM me.

Thank you.

Good Morning, happy to give them a go. Many years ago my mates and I dived into WW1 when Warhammer WW1 came out. However they didn't do it for us. Our collections have set unused for many years so any new ruleset that revives a dormant project is more than welcome.

That said at present our gaming is limited to simple games via Zoom so not too sure how we could game WW1.
