Moulded today and cast couldn't wait, along with the rest of the foot.

Nice limber, how did you make the wheel?

The wheels been made by a vehicle designer for me out of plasticard square section heated up and formed into a circle - the most expensive part of the model but well worth it.

Thanks for the info. I am still thinking about how to design proper wheels of this kind, my best idea so far is MDF lasercut.

3D printing would be better, you can alter the wheek depth to hub whereas with 2D laser cutting the wheel will be flat.

Yes, the depth of the hub is my main concern. I was thinking about making a rim and the hub from MDF then adding the spokes from plastic rod. Then it can be cast in resin. Thing is, I can make laser cut (=I can design stuff and order cutting it), but 3d design is above me.

Latest painted figures, SH artillery crew Prussian style uniform and 1848 Danish company command group for expanding existing units 10 sets done so far.  Sending to designer for 2 hanoverian draught horses Danish jagers in kepi and mounted artillery limber riders for the Hannoverians and Brunswickers.  Planning started for the Bavarians, two months time I'll have finished the Danish foot including medical crew and wounded.

They look nice, do they have a game purpose, or just for diorama fun?
