Some Black Hat French Foreign Legionnaires that I picked up off a chap on this very forum -

As you can see they are some great sculpts and have no flash and hardly any mould lines to bother about but they are true 28mm figures and a wee bit on the smallish side but will probably work alongside some Perry miniatures.

I just received the latest figures for Imperial Assault, Obi Wan Kenobi, Greedo and the Inquisitor from the Rebels cartoon show.

I also got my very first Frostgrave blister pack, the barbarian and the thief and they look fantastic! The reaction I got when I got them out of the box brought me back 20 something years ago when I got my first Ral Partha Import blister: Noegu the Pit Fighter.
I think that if the other miniatures from this line look as good as these two I might be going down a very dangerous path.

I just got a big order in the post from Redoubt.  @ £130 worth.  Everything for the Zulu wars (British, that is; they won't be fighting any Zulus, not while there are aliens landing in flying saucers to repel) and a few bits from the Sudan range.
Am very pleased with them.  Should be easy for me to paint. Some of the Zulu range character figures are 36mm tall in their helmets. I don't regret selling off all the Perry stuff which I ordered in a fit of summer madness .
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

2019 Painting Challenge :
figures bought: 500+
figures painted: 57
9 vehicles painted
4 terrain pieces scratchbuilt

I love Pulp Figures too, but I got caught by UK customs the only time I ordered some which made them considerably more expensive!

That's very interesting, why are they a mix of makes? You got them second hand from another gamer?

Yes, a mix of plastic makes - Victrix, WLG and maybe even some HAT. Yes, an Ebay purchase, now rebased and almost ready for my SP2 force.

Some Black Hat fantasy World War One Goblins and Halflings (from Scale Creep Miniatures, here in the States).  Nice little sculpts.  Good for Weird War 1 trench raids.

I just received 22 Celtos undead :) :) :)
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.
