He is a messenger or runner for a command unit but if you dont want the skates it should be failry easy to cut the wheels off

just recieved from Brigade Games the latest Atomic Cafe 57 figures (their mail order service is second to none I've placed two orders so far and both times recieved the goods from USA to UK within 5 days)

Did you have any problem with customs, package handling etc?

I will give the skater some real rough treatment. Wheels off and his head will be replaced with a bare head and used to make a pilot figure

None at all, postage charge is also very reasonable, I wish all purchases were this easy.
