I just picked up a bunch of heroclix figures; I thought it might be fun to repaint them.   I like the fact that they had lots of civilians/or civilian types but all in all it is a pretty mixed bag for quality.  Although most are bigger than some traditional figures, I still think they will be able to fit in, much like Reaper miniature (But some are really big and I am not sure about usability).
On some of them the details is really good a couple are really nice, on others ehh…and a few are going to become zombie food.
But for the price not to bad

I've received a bunch of 15mm Post Apocalyptic Survivors and Bikers from Rebel Minis, which I'm going to use for the Chornaya Svoboda anarchist gang in my Stalingrad 2072 post-apocalyptic setting:

I've also received a bunch of 15mm Lizardmen from Old Glory, which I'm going to paint as Tokay Gecko Men for a hypothetical weird-fantasy setting:

Received: a goldcoloured metal "fève" figure off ebay which at first glance appears to come from the same moulds as the old metal magic Asterix range. I will try to compare it to my original figure over the weekend and if so, try to track down who makes these and what other figures they may have.

In other news: received a frothworthy package from John Pickford with the next greens for my dwarf project. 8)
