over the last 2 weeks i got the empress taliban motar and heavy weapon sets also 24 artizan british paras for £10 off fleabay. Also 3 packs of foundry british paras for £15 thought i did alright there .

Age of Glory, EMpress' US stockist, just sent me 4 packs of Modern US troopers. They look lovely.

(Of course, he sent them to the home address, no the office, so my lovely bride greeted me on my return home with the query "Have you been ordering more of your little men?", which, in her eyes, are a colossal waste of money.)

Out of interest, what's the casting quality like on them? The female PSI Judge I just got was missing a hand and the Tek and Med Judges had horrible mould lines.

 The moulding on them is fine.I got two of the same head which is a bit annoying but no big deal really.They come with square bases which I think is odd too.I did not realise how big they were.

My order of Ratniks from our good Prof. Despatched 02/12 received today. Quicker than an order from the UK sent out a few days before, but then we have had a few inches of snow

Cheers for that, its maybe just the older figures then, need new moulds or something.

Picked up a bunch of Hasslefree Zombie hunters - the two kids, Ray, Tony (both - they remind me of these twins I went to school with), Sadie with the shotgun, and the Chainsaw girl.

Great minis.  Almost no mould lines.

As Royal Mail in Hull is getting back on track after their two-week delivery hiatus, I received my pack of Khurasan Terran Strike Infantry in 28mm. Absolutely marvellous figures. I hope to paint them by the end of the week.

Going through boxes in the cellar, I came across a packet of ECW curraissiers which a pal had given me as a "paint these so we can play with them" semi-gift - I thought that I'd given them back as my paint-queue had filled up in the months before I met my lovely bride. Needless to say, my paint-queue got back-burnered after I met her, to the extent that I'm only now reopening my paint kit almost 2 years later...
