A pack of Baluchi Swordsmen from Foundry and a pack of Swashbucklers, also from Foundry.

Anyone know if any of those Baluchi Swordsmen are meant to come in two pieces?  One of mine is missing his sword and hand, cut off at the wrist (a *great* cut with a saber by his opponent!). 

I didn't see a missing part when I noticed this, but maybe it's somewhere....

Ahh, I found the piece in the sink where I washed the mould-lubricant off the minis.  Glad I did not fix the plunger in the sink when my wife asked, otherwise, that sword and hand would be gone now.   

Odd that the hand came off. 

Anyway, I glued it on and will smooth it with some GW liquid green putty.  Once painted, it will look as good as new.  Bummer that the wrist will be fragile, though.

I am so consistently impressed by Foundry's minis.

15 undead Baluchis from the very nice folks at Obelisk Miniatures (http://www.obeliskminiatures.com/).

9 Metal Nazguls, one is already painted (beautifully!) and is the benchmark for the other 8.  My daughter loves these. 

And 8 Foundry Baluchis, 18 Foundry Valkyries (again, my daughter), and 6 Foundry Conquistadors.

Working on the Nazguls.  My colors look alright but I managed to loose a lot of fine detail compared to Karsten's fantastic example (the first painted mini I have purchased in, gosh, 30+ years). 

Using the Reaper "Dusky Skin" triad for these guys, plus a little black washes.  There's more to painting black than just black paint...

Trying to restart my Warhammer 4th edition Orc and Goblin army by trawling eBay for bargains. Received in the last week; 12 goblin wolf riders, 12 Black orcs and 4 night goblin fanatics. More on the way.

Pile of figs from Andy at Heresy for SA including the Ghoul King, ghouls, Dark brethern, Dark brethern leadera and two of the daemon hounds. He also included some of the best Humbugs I have ever had.

Also picked up the Dragonblood Dark Mariner leviathan and telepath from Fantization. Lots of fun stuff to paint

14 Foundry Masai.  Still wrapping up the last of the undead Baluchi's but got the Masai primed and base coated.  Seem simple enough except for the shields.  Great figures of a an incredible people.

The day-off replacement for Cassie absolutely sucks.  He/She ignored the delivery slot, came onto the covered porch found the empty box my wife used for People dropping off forms for work on the weekend on a chair, and dropped the bills, ads, and a package in it which I found Sunday.      

Rebel Minis 15 mm Steampunk Heroes, Gas-masked "British" troops (soon to be Spanish,) Super Heroes, Super Villains, and two packs of Deep Ones to replace my GW Lizardmen for hostile Venusian natives.  The shields (No shield/weapon, "pseudo 'tortoise' shell" and spear, and "sea shell" and spear) gives ideas for tribal affiliations and rivalries for the exploiting Spanish to consider.

I may have found part of the solution to my  retirement space problems...

5 SYW Brits to finish my 2 hatman companies for M&T, plus 2 guns and crew... think may ahve over done it now as have 180+ figures


Also cant praise foundry highly enough the little extra figures they pop in are a joy, I have a prussian sgt and officer which will now be fielded as milita officers
