Went to "Hot Lead" in Stratford, Ontario, last weekend - great little convention and highly recommended!

Sold a lot of stuff in the Flea Market and came away with some stuff (even though I shouldn't have):

Some sort of alien queen from Reaper's Chronoscope line. She nis sitting in some sort of hover-throne. I bought the figure b/c I think she somewhat resembles the cat race from Airlock Games latest kickstarter.

Also, some pulp era civilians (Bob Murch's I think) which I intend to use in my VBCW in Barsetshire campaign.

Just received my second s2 zombicide shipment. Sadly a lot of my excitement for this game has dissipated. I do enjoy it, but the second batch just feels like more of the same. I don't feel the need to add more to my Zombicide collection at this point, so I'll certainly not be going in for season 3.

The same day I also received an order from Mantic. There was a lot of stuff in that box:

Just finished a couple of nice projects.

There's the cover diorama for the next issue of WS&S - 'The Mongols'. Very scary and the biggest piece I've done yet, but it looks okay in the end (see the article inside for full details). I think it's a special edition for Salute, so it interrupts their usual 'every other month' printing schedule.

Then there was the seriously fun VSF Mike Owen stuff for Northstar seen here - http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=62200.0

Now I've got some ultra-secret new goodies for Dead Man's Hand. Suffice to say it's a couple of really nice Western movie characters again, presumably to be revealed at Salute as well.

Eureka's new 28mm Rhodesian African Rifles. As always, exquisite figures and the usual caveat applies, no they aren't listed on the site yet, email Nic for details. Whilst I have no use for Rhodesians, these will make perfect conversion pieces for many a post war army equipped with FN FALs and MAG which is precsely what I intend to do. Might take a picture if anyone is interested but I suspect they will be up on Kosta's blog site before too long anyway.
