I don't normally play on this thread, but very pleased with the offerings the postman brought me today, courtesy of eBay. Some more 40mm Doctor Who Fine Art Castings:

Two of the Cybermen have been decapitated as you can see, but I have their heads to pin back on. Also there are all the Doctors except Two and Five, as I already have them, plus the Brigadier. Hopefully these minis will soon be making an appearance on my 'Introducing the good Doctor' thread on the Future Wars branch.

I got some stuff off em 4 miniatures.

I brought the chap with the bowler hat and the gas mask, plastic spaceships and some pre-painted aliens for my superheroes.
I must say they were swift, cheap and really well sculpted! Just have to paint my stuff up!

Also great servcvie from Nic at North Star - my conquest figures for my B day were one pack short due to out of stocks, I asked for an alternative which he gave me a run down and they arrived the next day :D

Those are perhaps the coolest things ever.  :-* Were they expensive? Are you going to expand the building fronts into buildings?

First I'm going to repaint the figures and then I'll look into expanding the building fronts. Waste not, want not.  :)

Am at this moment in the process of painting Luke and Rantanplan (the dog). Looking much better already, even with my mediocre painting skills. ;)

Please keep us posted. This is an exciting project.  I have always wanted to do the same with Asterix figs, but they are so bloody expensive.

I will keep posting as it goes on.

I have a lot of the Metal Magic Asterix figs and some of the Pixi ones for a future project too. Lovely stuff.

Have some of the 15mm Atlas Asterix village pieces and figures too. Although I'd like to sell those of.

I picked up a load of the new Crusader Napoleonic French on my Thursday trip to Old Glory. These are for Sharpe Practice, which I played for the first time two weeks ago and loved!
