Jade mummies, hopping vampires, terror-cota warriors, chinese heroes/gods and zombie communists from John Jenkins.

They're back in production? That's good news! What are the heroes/gods you speak of?

This is very odd. I was just looking at the JJD website a minute ago (after you first mentioned them) and the Terracotta Zombies etc. seemed to be back up, now that I look again, they're gone. Did you get your figures straight from JJD?

No, I got them from John himself, not through the shop.

I went straight to the JJD site to look for gods/heroes but all 28mm is discontinued. I never took much notice of the zombie range but must say you piqued my interest there. Any chance of a pic at some point?

TM Terrain were selling their remaining stock off cheap at the last show I was at but did'nt have anything I needed.

Sorry, I've never seen them before. The only pics I can remember seeing of any of his stuff were on the web shop.

Now I see what confused me. First time I checked the site a few minutes ago, I got to the "28mm Figs" page via the "Order" page. This seems to be a link John has forgotten to update.

Here's the old link:

http://www.johnjenkinsdesigns.com/28mmfigs.htm

Whereas the (presumably) current link should be:

http://www.johnjenkinsdesigns.com/28mmfig.htm

Personally I'm not too interested in the Terracotta Zombies themselves, but the Jade Mummy and Hopping Vampires are another matter.

Just received a few Reaper Miniatures… an Adventurer, a Dwarf warrior and a few Cavemen and Cavegirl including a non-politically correct figures of a Cavemen dragging a Cavegirl!  Oh dear! lol
A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

I've had an unusually big haul of minis this week.

Modern US Cops and Detectives from West Wind, along with SWAT types from EM4.  All ready to bust some drug dealers in west Baltimore.

Another WW Opel Blitz and two Company B Kubelwagens with BAM crew for a WWII convoy ambush scenario.

A few more Terminator robots from EM4.  Timetravellng killer robots are suitable for all historical periods.  :)

Some more figures and accessories for my Lucky Luke town from Atlas:

Ma Dalton, Saloongirl, Ling Foo (chinese laundry), a tenderfoot, feathered and tarred cowboy on rail (already got the railbearers in an earlier lot), two chariots (already got the mules and driver),...

As I can't go to Crisis, and as it makes me very sad, I console myself by getting The Foundry Christmas special Great War French army deal  : I found in love with this minis since I saw the Red Zed's painted ones  :-*

http://www.displacedminiatures.com/redzed/gallery/887/

I know the Great War miniatures may be better sculpts but I was not sure I could make them justice with my poor painting skills.

And to get free postage, I add a few blisters : The Treasure Islands caracters, DA women & children and Askari command, the last two with 8 figures.

Honestly, I have to say that the more I see Foundry minis, the more I like them. Sorry Pete !
