A FISTFUL OF STAR WARS DOOM!
Well the title says it all.
The rules were Fistful of Lead: Galactic Heroes
The Alliance figures were Star Wars Legion Rebel Alliance.
The Beasties were the excellent figures from the Doom board-game.
The terrain is the superb Battlesystem Galactic core set.
The Rebels had to clear the base of the fusome beasties as well as taking three objective points. The creatures spawned as per the Doom rules though once a portal had spawned it was removed to give the goodies a chance.
A great, fun game and surprisingly quite balanced ending in a nail-biting head-to-head. See the pics to find out what happened!

A FISTFUL OF STAR WARS DOOM!
Here's the rest of the story.
Just like in the old Flash Gordon/Buck Rogers serials you had to wait for the next episode.  Sorry.
I actually remember going to my local cinema on a Saturday morning and before the main feature we had an episode of Flash Gordon/ Buck Rogers (though Duck Rogers in the 25th century was far more popular) and that was in the late 60s early 70s.

Great read, I am sure Luke will show up in some future games.  :D
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.
