Probably not as "the Italians [...] faced practically no resistance". Quoted from the following article on wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invasion_of_Yugoslavia

Hey, if you’ve gone to all the trouble of building a WW2 Italian Army then a win is a win is a win....  ;)

I’ve currently recently put together an Italian army for the invasion of Greece and a Greek army to oppose it.
I’m now starting Bulgarians and Yugoslavian partisans.
The Greek V Italian games have been very enjoyable and fun.

I have Italians modelled to be suitable for the occupation of Yugoslavia, not so much the initial conquest. The briefness of that period certainly doesn't mean that it wouldn't be possible to game, as similarly short early war conflicts are something others already game though.

Rather the occupation period seems more interesting as far as the available forces. From the various resitance elements, collaborators, and the many foreign powers involved. As is there a deal of interesting units and vehicle options there - particularly the sort of second line obsolete or craft made ones used by the Axis, or the improvised ones which the Chetniks and Partisans came up with (a T-26 welded on top of a STZ-5 comes to mind - and that's hardly the weirdest).

Albanian Tommy Cooper fans by the look of it.* Sadly Albanians transferred their comedic loyalties to Norman Wisdom under Enver Hoxha and thus banished themselves from the list of countries known to have a sense of humour.

As Carlos said, they are Albanian troops under Italian command
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

I use Bolt Action rules for my WWII games.
The Italian list for the Balkans and Greece has compulsory inexperienced troop selectors.
I’ve chose to represent these as Albanian auxiliaries, as these appear, historically, to have been unenthusiastic at best!

I'll second TT on this one Tim - really excellent looking collection  ;D
You've got scope for some great vehicles and scenery with this campaign, which you've clearly been exploring there with the aircraft and field gun.
I would imagine you could do some very nice scenic pieces, based on period photos of Yugoslavia also. I have a 15mm Italian collection for desert war but have never quite taken the plunge with 28mm. Cannot chose between CTV in Spain, east Africa, North Africa, Sicily or Italian mainland!
