Kurls random medieval projects
« on: 27 August 2020, 11:11:15 PM »
I decided to open another thread beside my Jeanne project. A thread where I post other random projects. I've been a tabletop player for nearly 18 years now. Mostly fantasy (Lotr) but I've always been interested in historical settings beeing an archeologist myself.

For now I've mostly done dioramas as you can see in my other thread. But a short while ago I could convince some of our local players to start SAGA with me.

I've got a few warbands planed but first off I want to show you the start of my Irish army. As with all my armies it will be heavily converted using multible sets and a lot of Green Stuff work.

My warlord/king

And his trusted Curaith

Hope you like it.

Really great work on the cloaks.  I can only imagine the numbers of lines painted.

Amazing miniatures. Did you paint on the light glare/reflection off the cloaks? If so, that's a great technique!
