A One-Night Stand With Babs
« on: 24 September 2020, 08:09:36 PM »

Now that I have bought far too many WW2 aircraft models I am trying to get at least one completed every week. My focus is on getting them done in one evening. I nearly got this one finished but my paint was drying far too slowly to let that happen. I did get as far as getting the gloss-coat over the decals. https://antonswargame.blogspot.com/2020/09/a-one-night-stand-with-babs.html

Lovely model!

If you're looking for a wargame use for what was normally a recce/liaison bird; the 8th Sentai in Burma used them primarily as light bombers (often mis-described as Ki-21 'Anns') during the initial invasion of Burma in 1942.  They probably weren't alone in using them in the light bomber role.
