I use fir cones  wich have been eaten up by a squirrel so they get smaler and have a good shape .

No they made of bark mulch that is so easy you only have to paint them  :D

Those squirrels must be REALLY hungry to eat pine cones.  Around here they only eat the pine NUTS and leave the cones alone. 

Would you consider shipping a breeding pair of those hungry squirrels to California?   (insert smiley)   I've already got their fodder.

I use long plastik grass for Easter decoration I paint it a bit .

chicklewis you can also have some pine cones if you want  :D

Here too. Have not seen stripped cones since I lived out in the woods about 4 or so years ago. I have 4 species of coniferous trees in my yard and not one is raided by the little buggers. lol

I'd ask for some too, but I feel you've already sent me enough free stuff.

Excellent terrain as always, Grimm. Very realistic and beautiful. May I inquire as to what the little brown bits of bush/foliage are made from? And what kind of tree did you raid for the branches to make those trees? Those are some nasty looking baboons :o 8).
