Spiffy looking collection!

Caesar 155mm SPGs? That's something you don't see everyday.

Cheers buddy

I think Jim will like the 155s when he sees them

Nice work. Have your eyes un-crossed yet from painting all that camo?

Happy with the new direction of this collection

So that's how you went, eh?  Looking forward to seeing them painted up.

Got a question for ya - which NATO ally do those Russian-y lookin' fellers represent?  Are you using real countries, or made-up ones? OK - I guess that was 2 questions...

In any event, they sure look good...

More mobile artillery in pipeline as well Jim

Not using imaginary countries, however, for diplomacy, I’ll just say they are from NATO’s eastern alliance, but as it’s a war which hasn’t actually taken place (yet), I suppose it can be called imaginary.

Like I said (well, typed actually...), I'm looking forward to seeing your painted arty.

Another bit of o curiosity - what time frame will your not-yet-happened action take place?  Or are you keeping it kinda not really specified?

Whatever.  Waiting for some battle reports... :D

Cold War Gets Hotter - WiP adding more artillery support to the NATO alliance arsenal in the form of M109 (Paladin) 155mm turreted self-propelled howitzers. Artillerymen love this AFV due to its spacious crew compartment and its ability to rain death from above on the enemy.

That's bonkers! In a good way :-* :-*

You are now the only other person to field an M109 in a 28mm wargaming collection. Mine's an earlier Vietnam era 1/48 version and yet to see the top of a table. More of an objective than anything else.

I also have a Patriot missile battery and some Bayraktar drones

Great work on these, can't wait to see them on a table - how are you planning to use all the heavy guns in a game?

So, you have access to a football sized gaming space in order to run your 28 mm WWII games, then?  :o
