Bicorne Miniatures

Are they still operational?  They have removed their email from their website and have not responded to inquiries?  Realizing that these are not normal times.

My last order was fulfilled end of September.

There’s an email address on their About Us page, plus phone number and postal address.
My LAF Gallery is HERE
Minis (foot & mounted) finished in 2025 = 74
(2024 = 38; 2023 = 151; 2022 = 204; 2021 = 123; 2020 = ???)

I think Jcspqr is correct. The email address seems to have gone. There is a phone number, though that might be of little comfort to those overseas.

I’ll try again. There is still an email address in the About Us section under Terms & Conditions. Whether it works or not I have no idea but there is an email address.

Ah right..... odd that they don't have the email address under Contact Details.....  after all, most people nowadays will make contact via email ??? Probably a mistake?

I bought figures from them a couple of months ago - during the national lock-down, I think - without any problem. I remember that they were operating a policy of only posting figures one day per week - on a Thursday, I think.

If you go here https://www.bicorne.net/index.html directly buy typing the URL in the browser and scroll down to the text it clearly states "Please email us on Sales@Bicorne.net if you have any queeries."

If you google Bicorne Miniatures and follow a link, it appears that you get 404 page not found errors. So there may be some issues.

Either way, Bicorne appear to be contactable at Sales@Bicorne.net

Sorry if I have caused a kerfuffel.  I’ve ordered from Bicorne many times.  Given the situation, before I placed an order I wondered if they were shipping overseas. The lack of a clear email address on their contact page added to the uncertainty,  I’ll just wait until things return to normal.

I've ordered bits and pieces from them over the past couple of years and they invariably proved quick and reliable. They do indeed ship overseas by the way (I am in France). According to their Facebook page (which you might want to use to get in touch with them), they had a few IT issues last month, which may explain why your e-mail went unanswered :
