Sourcing miniatures for The Mandalorian diorama

So, my son (who's ten) is a huge fan of The Mandalorian, which we have great fun watching together. I plan on surprising him with a little Mandalorian diorama for Christmas, and I have three different options that I'm mulling over. The first is Mando against the Mudhorn. The second is Mando against some Jawas (as my son loves that episode from Season 1), and the third is Mando against the raiders on the forest world of Sorgan.

I have the Not-Mando miniature from Die Hard miniatures winging its way to me, but after that I'm stuck. The Mudhorn diorama would be my preference, but only if there's a Not-Mudhorn out there (or something that's relatively close to it to convert). After that, I'd prefer the Jawa encounter, because my son loves the episode so much, and the question, again, is whether or not there are any Jawa miniatures out there (or anything that's close enough).

Can the combined might of the forum offer me any leads on either a Mudhorn miniature (or proxy), or Jawa miniatures (or close proxies)? I'd be hugely grateful. In some ways, the Sorgan option might be the easiest, as I can probably kit-bash the raiders pretty easily, and I like the idea of a forest diorama. Oh, and if there's a Not-Baby Yoda, that would be great too, although if there's not, I can probably put together a floating-egg-stroller-thing without too many difficulties!

Any leads/sources on miniatures, or advice/thoughts in general would really be appreciated!

Mel's on shapeways (I dont know if he sells print files somewhere too) has lots of good models, but not Jawas currently.

AGminiatures https://agminiatures.ecwid.com/ had a large group of Jawas, but they're sold out and I've heard mixed reviews - not of the products, but the owner is a bit... weird? and doesnt trust paypal.

For the mudhorn I bought a cheap rhino toy on ebay when/if I get around to it I'll sculpt a big horn and lots of fur. It should be pretty easy, but probably takes a lot of time.

I couldnt find woolly rhino small enough, but if you can find one that should save a lot of sculpting time.

I've seen more than one baby Yoda on shapeways and AGminiatures has a really nice one. There are also a tun of Mandalorian sculpts out there, and you could probably convert one from one of the official Legions kits for Boba Fett, Sabrine Wren and Clan Wren.
I've seen a Cara Dune on shapeways too, but I cant seem to find it now. The thing is that some shops call their models something other than the official name to avoid copyright infringements, so Jawas become "desert scrappers" and Luke Skywalker becomes "prodigal son" and so on. You basically have to click through their catalog and look at the actual images.
I have a few miniatures from Mel and Skull Forge, some "smooth fine detail" and some "smoothest fine detail". I wont be spending the extra money for "smoothest" again.

Using legion rebel miniatures and finding klatoonian heads on shapeways could also be a way to go for the raiders.

Like you, Munindk, I had been thinking of doing a rhinoplasty job on a plastic rhino toy, and sculpting a lot of fur, although I know that the more stages there are in the project, the tougher it will be! Elk, the Elasmotherium would sidestep that problem, so thanks for the link!

I'm leaning towards Jawas (like I said, my son loved that episode), so thanks for the info on that. As you say, it's going to involve a lot of searching through online catalogs. There are worse ways to pass the time, I suppose!
