Yes this is something I thought about when sculpting these. For the RPG my instint would be that they are generally unarmed, as they would be if they were just hanging around in a town. This would be more in keeping with the story too.  But I know for wargaming / skirmishing people prefer the figures to have weapons, a least that's what I think. It would be interesting to know what other people felt about this.

Congrats to Brigade Games - I'll second the comment that Lon is 'good people', I've had some excellent experiences dealing with Brigade.

I look forward to getting a set of these figures!
