Nicely done sir! Nicely done! Inspiring! I already have suitable natives, the Basuto war would give me an excuse to buy more miniatures!
Have you thought of making a Durnford before he lost the use of his left arm?

Iron Duke are renowned for their Officer packs so who knows?

Durnford was in Ceylon at the time of the conflict these figures are for. He wasn't stationed in South Africa until the 1870s, roughly twenty years later. If you want a two-armed Durnford for his activities before the Zulu War, that's a whole other range, against a different enemy. But if Mike Snook wants to take that path I'm not going to complain.


Jeff, your painting is a great advert for some lovely figures.  :)
