Thanks, guys !
Yes, it can be the solution, but I'm not on 3D design/printing, and you will have to add tons of details for a 1/56 scale model.
So I work in the old ways, and I've done some minor conversions.

I've received some minis from Empress yesterday, so I know have to paint my Italians.
And I must finish converting the french legionnaries with all the heads received from JJG Prints.

Hi Tancrede,

First off, very attractive painting and modelling. I like your style.

About these heads at JJG Prints, they fit well on Perry bodies? What is the quality of the resin? I have heard of using metal heads on plastic bodies but wonder out loud if resin heads degrade over time and with handling.

I have not tried to fit them on Perry bodies, but as you can scale them down I think it's not a problem (I've asked JJG to print me some at 100% and some at 90% of normal size to fit on "real" 1/56 minis). As WG models are bulkier than the Perry ones, I will try a 90/95 % size...

Resin is good, but a little fragile (especially on thin pieces like the barrels of guns).
Just ask JJG boss. He's a nice guy, and will answer all your qestions.
