Looking for Dracula layout in black and white... anyone remember?

Several years ago a beautiful port town layout was done and posted of Dracula in a port town.  It was all painted in black and white and done so perfectly that it looked like it was a black and white photo.  You only knew it wasn't when you could see people walking by the layout and they were in living color.  Can anyone direct me to a link for that?  I'd love to see it again.  Thank you.
