Dracula’s America - Django rules?

Anyone have the rules for the Django character for Dracula’s America? I believe they were in the December 2017 issue of Wargames Illustrated, that I can’t find in the US atm.

Are there any other DA rules in magazines I need to look out for?

I think that's all I'm aware of. Even if you can't get a hold of the rules, there's rules in DA for gatling gun crews, you could just use the Django model for that.
