An Ottoman Force for With Talon and Claw

A couple of years ago I thought I’d do an Ottoman Force for With Talon and Claw which covers the Great northern War. Then distraction struck and the project got side lined.  These things happen.  Anyhow my attention has returned to it.  I thought if I could get the core infantry done and the wagon lager, I would be in business again.

I used Old Glory’s 15mm Ottoman European Sekans to provide both Janissaries and irregulars. They are in my opinion very nice figures.

I'm currently working on the wagon lager for these fellows using Alternative Armies Hussite fortified wagons.  They are nice little kits with lots of options.

This is the Alternative Armies war wagon.  It comes with horses and options for construction.  I chose to assemble it for static defense.  I have three of these and an currently painting the last one.  Together with a couple of guns they will sit at the centre of my Ottoman array for Talon and Claw.

That army is going to be a cracking sight when you are finished painting it.
