Spanish Colunela. Another pike, shot and sword unit for the meat grinder. These lads are from our friends at NorthStar Miniatures.

A brilliant project
Those are very nicely painted, superb flags - how many colunela are you looking to field?
I cannot pretend to feel impartial about colours. I rejoice with the brilliant ones and am genuinely sorry for the poor browns. - Winston Churchill

Your Spanish are stunning, they are next on my list in 18mm Blue Moon minis now that the Swiss are done.  I'll use your minis as inspiration! Thank you lol

Spanish Colunela. The second pike, shot and sword unit of the day. These lads are from Wargames Foundry, repurposed as Spanish, which I think works just fine.

Guys, I'm looking for some reading on this period to fire me up for Never Mind The Ruckus (skirmish version of NMTB). My interest is in the Italian forces mostly and I'm not averse to fictional stuff that is based around the historical events. Any suggestions for either histories of the real thing or fiction woven around that?
Cheers,
Poiter50
