Just checked my Chain of command rules and for heavy going it includes rubble so I am thinking a ruined town made of three bases of wrecked buildings does that sounds enough to meet the criteria for the competition?
The rubble will effect movement

It is not cheating. You are allowed to start. I will just not start tallying the participants before I fire the gun, so to speak.

But also you wouldn't see me dead wearing sandles or socks with flipflops any where else
