Digits, I'm sure I could do it.  It's a time-management decision...

I've flagged ToH as a fun tertiary game that I really like to play, but will try to spend minimal time getting it to the table.

Sleepy Hollow (Donnybrook) is my fanatical modelling level game.

The Warriors (Mean Streets) is my get it looking good level game currently under construction.

DBN is my needs more basic buildings for various theaters game that's already been slowing down due to The Warriors.

To quote Donald Sutherland in Kelly's Heroes:
Think that bridge will be there and it will be there. It's a mother, beautiful bridge and it's gonna be there. Okay?

Great film! 😉

Ok, so showing this now…..just in case it goes Pete Tong when I pour the liquid water!  To say I’m bricking it is an understatement!

Blossom drying.  Will add a few tufts and bits of ground foliage plus a few water lilies after the water cure.

After my last ponds went milky white, a problem I believe with pva contact with the liquid water….this time I’m going to try Woodlands Scenic Deep Pour Clear Water with a little of their moss green water tint added.  If anyone has any experience of this product, please say so now…

That pond is looking very promising: I hope the pour goes well.

Tip. Once finished don’t leave it in direct sunlight for long length of time.
Left my water marsh on window sill for few weeks and it turned cloudy.
Note to self as mummy used to say. Put things away.

Hmmm my Vietnamese pond went very milky…but from all the reading….I think it reacted with pva in the pond.    I have just poured this stuff…..and the inch I had left over in the mixing pot is rock hard after 10 minutes of sitting unpoured!    It’s covered over to stop any dust settling and keep it warm.

Adding the drops for tinting is as far as I can see totally hit and miss!    What looks fairly opaque in the mixing pot looks fairly transparent now I poured it!    Ah well…..live and learn for next time!

Yes, pond art is not an exact art, but fun!

Pondering the practicalities of bridges, I may make a plain plank one without railings so figure stands can cross in smoother style.

Yup, to be fair that’s why I used the smaller bamboo place mat for the deck as it’s flatter than rounder skewered.  Planks would look good.

Edit:

Ok…the water has hardened….but I should have left the grass off until I’d poured the water to avoid this leaching! 😕

I think it will cover up, so I will have to do that next before the finishing touches…

Fixed it by simply grassing over it!

I’m pretty happy with this….nice piece of scenery to pretty up the board.
