Just a handful more today

The AA HMG and crews are from the new Black Tree Design WW2 Russians, with an Anvil Industry headswop, with a couple more LuAZ to ferry them around

That will help clear the skies.

Indeed, very nicely done!

Having received an order from BTD you now owe it to yourself to buy a lottery ticket.  :)

Funnily enough I’ve never had the issues that some have experienced from BTD, have regularly used them for my Game of Thrones project without any delays, and when I dropped John an email with a quick question about the new range I had a reply within 24 hours, but I guess YMMV.

Who makes the LuAZ? And what scale please  ;D

It’s 1/43 scale, I think it is a DeAgostini, but it’s easily found on eBay, just search LuAZ 967, should be able to get for as little as £7 plus postage (typically from Ukraine/Baltic states)

 ;)

Nice work but I would have thought they would be wearing gloves?

Yeah good point....they don’t look like they are sculpted with gloves, and tbh I was getting a bit bored of white at that point, but I could always paint them as gloves in a different colour maybe.

Well, it is easier to manipulate the controls on a firearm without gloves.  Perhaps it ain't really all that cold?

They do look nice, though!

We wore the NI pattern gloves almost everywhere so black would be fine.

We used to swop those gloves with drunken Yanks. We told them that the knuckle padding contained a map of Europe, a compass and a forty foot fishing line complete with hook...
very gullible them Yanks!
