Scatter terrain
« on: July 16, 2021, 08:05:30 AM »
This is another piece that I made using rubberized horsehair.
I made the trees, also. I'm happy with the way it turned out.
It's a useful piece, good for F&I War as well as the AWI.
And you can never have enough scatter terrain!

Very effective looking, the variance of ground cover makes it pop  :)

I don’t know about how accurate it would be for the eastern US and Canada, but that piece looks perfect for terrain around lots of places in western Canada. I expect it would fit for many places in the east, too. It looks great!

Thanks, Gentlemen.  I posted a few more examples of rubberized horsehair elsewhere on this board.
Check them out, if you liked this one.

Looks good mate.  Where do you source your horsehair economically?  I’m sure it would both be longer lasting and more realistic than lichen.

Very nice. I can never seem to make nice terrain pieces like that.
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.
