Looking good mate! I need to get one of those Treefolk.

It's an unusual take on the subject but I kind of love it.  Could easily do it as some kind of undead/cursed/evil treant, maybe painting the beard in dead leaf/autumn colors and maybe converting it to have some skeletal remains stuck in teh branches, etc.  Or you could modify it to add foliage and vines and whatnot and some sylvan critters riding it (it's got a nice flat spot at the "stump" on top of its head that could fit a druid or something) and have a more traditional treeman.

About one million % more durable than GW's plastic treemen are too.

The same range has a mutant dire troll thing with the same "lots of arms" motif, as well as extra heads.  Looks like it was done by the same sculptor, and it's almost as big as the treeman.  On my "to buy" list so they can wrassle each other.  :)
