Hi,

Does anyone have any details of where I can buy medium to large backgrounds for scenic photography for my various historical armies.

I'm thinking arid, arid and mountainous and arable.

Any help in this matter would be very much appreciated of course

They're often a bit advertisement-like (duh), but posters from travel agents can provide some free(ish) large-format background landscapes. The trick is to find images that aren't full of happy people in bikinis.

Thanks, but going to the shops is s no-no for me. I'm one of the unlucky who arte housebound due to Covid which is why I asked for an online supplier.

Great idea though- travel agents would probably be quite relieved to get rid of them at the end of any given season.
