Technolog castles?

All,
     I have a nicely growing collection of Elastolin Prince Valiant figures, and I think I’d like to add a smallish castle.  The ones produced by the Russian company Technolog seem pretty good, and not pricy.  Scale though is a question.  Elastolins are nominally 40mm to. The top of the head, and actually fit in pretty well with large 28mm.  The description of. The castles on eBay says they will work with 15-28mm figures?  That seems a bit of a stretch.  Anyone have any experience with them?
