Has anyone purchased from Killing Fields Terrain before?

Has anyone ever ordered a battle mat from Killing Fields? (www.killingfieldsterrain.com)

I ordered a mat two months ago that hasn't arrived, and they've not responded to any of my inquiries, either via email or facebook. They've not produced so much as a dispatch notice. Eventually, I decided to contest the payment via Paypal, since there was no evidence they had sent it, or even made it.

They responded by offering me a 25% refund, which I've refused since there's still no evidence the mat even exists. So now I'm enbroiled in a Paypal dispute with them.

It's a ridiculous situation, given that if they had simply responded to me, I would have been content to wait. But they seem to be dragging this out as long as possible, presumably because they've taken the money and can't afford to refund it.

Are they known to do this? Has anyone else purchased from them?

I ordered a mat from them about two years ago very good service and good comms etc posted to the uk , was going to order one of their newer mats but went with geek villain instead, the guy who runs it seems like a nice guy,

I ordered one about 2 months ago.
It was the grass fields.
Took about 4 weeks to get to me.
When I was on their site many of their mats were sold out.
The one I ordered was one ready to ship.
I was about  to email them and it showed up.
Happy to get it, nice looking.

I ordered 6 teddy bear fur mats, was 3 weeks to Europe.
