Nice prints!  Makes me want to add them to my collection too.

I have rules for Gladiatrix and Dwarf Gladiators in The Games: Blood and Spectacles but have never found the minis I wanted to represent them before.

Thanks for sharing.

So this is the final strike - the last of the gladiators is done. It's another 3D-print and a bit of a fantasy model, but this Wolverine type was to cool not to buy and paint. I wanted him to be the big bad one of any arena and of a certain reputation, therefore I painted his armour rusty and let his opponents expect bloodshed and pain...

Brilliant. I do love all things Wolverine, and you just can't have too much blood with him.

After all, he's the best at what he does.

Excellent brushwork Michi

You have encouraged me to break out my unpainted gladiators and put some paint on them!

Cheers

Two years ago, I thought that I had painted my last gladiators. What shall I say? the occasional opportunity has to be seized to aquire more of what one might find useful some distant day and there it is again: The growth ot the lead pile...  lol

However I managed to paint them away right now and lead pile level is back to ZERO concerning gladiators. Here they are.

Amazing shading and colours as always Michi. Great additions to the roster mate.

Have you tried Blood on the sands?

Not yet, regretfully. My most recent attempts were Sons of Mars.

Drop frank a PM, there's a few here playtesting and raving about it.
There is a nice depth to it and it is very dynamic gameplay.
