(Kickstarter) Myth & Goal

I dont think anyone else has posted about this Kickstarter

I initially dismissed it as a Blood Bowl rip off but looking a bit deeper the game has been designed by James Hewitt, who also designed Blitz Bowl, and worked on BB when he was at GE and Dreadball at Mantic so he knows his fantasy sport onions.

The more expensive option gives you 4 teams of 16 players, which could be used for Blood Bowl, but the actual game itself looks quite interesting- quicker and more straightforward than Blood Bowl, with a focus on managing your team (including fatigue mechanics), a solo mode, league and tournament play, and the baility to mix up races.

Ive weaned myself off Kicstarters but I am contemplating backing this one.

Interesting, pitch looks tiny though

Yeah it is little. I watched a video of it, its only five a side amd you have a limited number of actions per turn (a bit like Dreadball). I guess the small pitch is one more element that makes games go relatively quickly.
