First pulp miniatures painted

A score of Copplestone miniatures on which I've tested some wood varnish mixed with inks. Hope you'll like.

Super figures.  The Russian naval officer is my favourite.

To former user : Here is a picture of the wood varnish and the inks I've used for these minis. The wood varnish can be thinned with water and can be mixed with classical inks ( I use a 50/50 ink/varnish ratio). About greys, I've used the grey ink for the miniatures on the first picture and a mix of walnut/burnt sienna for the minis on the second picture

the grey on the first looks bueish and on the second, well tannish

very good colour work!
I first thought you used wood varnish to shade the grey and wondered if there is grey wood varnish

Well done. I have been trying wood stain as well, over the previous four months or so. I think it works quite nicely.
