Look like they'll paint up fine. You had pretty much my experience, bought an FDM 3D printer and pretty much resigned myself to printing terrain and such. Randomly gave minis a go and found it was fairly capable of it once you get the hang of supports. It depends on the style as well, a lot of 3D minis have really fine more realistic proportions that won't print well, but models with chunkier details and more cartoonish (more exagerated eyes and such) faces will often work fine.
