Here's a look at one of the four sets that form the main pledges - the Salvagers.

Meet the Bynsons! This industrious family are one of many prospectors hoping to make their fortunes, picking at the bones of the crashed Mist Ship. Braving the dangers of a wild and unforgiving landscape, Pa Bynson hopes to uncover a Shard Cluster or parts from a Phantom Drive. If he strikes it lucky, he can trade in his Breaker Bot and get Ma that new Hab he has always promised her. Just one more dig...

This six model set includes: Salvager Ma and Pa, Salvager siblings, small utility robot,  and one (resin) large lifter robot. Sculpted by James Sherriff and Andrew May and painted for display by Mystic Spirals!

After all we all want to use the phrases "Never fear, Smith is here!" and "the pain the pain" in games don't we !

Another look at one of the four sets that form the main pledges - the Outlanders.

Travelling the Dog Wastes alone is treacherous. Tour buses of holidaymakers venture no further than the Gustyven archipelago for a scenic view across the plains at the shattered remnants of the Maran-Chi ruins. However, protection for the Long Tail Caravan is provided by the Chirroc Outriders. Their domesticated Kenlenken mounts known as Chirroc, are perfectly adapted to the brutal terrain of the Wastes.

Led by Duty Marshall Bertand Teague, these veteran outlanders repel Gasbag raiders and avoid Sandmaws, and see this vast travelling community safely between the waystations of the Dust Tides.

This five model set includes: Caravan Guard Captain, two Caravan Guards and two (resin) Chirroc Riders.

If we're going that route we also need the heroic but short-tempered co-pilot and the just-old-enough-this-isn't-creepy-right? teenage daughter for him to flirt with, don't we?  Also the Bloop, aka that chimp with a silly costume.

Myself, I was seeing more of a Rolling Stones vibe (the Heinlein book, not the later UK band) there, although there would be a lot more organic characters and no robotic ones if that were the case.

Really looking forward to this KS. The previous ones were excellent for acquiring NPCs & filling out scenarios.
