I decided to simply make the 'Add-ons' available immediately rather than have them linked to Stretch Goals.
This way those that have already Pledged will have access to them rather than having to wait for others to Unlock them.

Well, it seems that progress has slowed somewhat now but the next Stretch Goal has been reached so that means that those at Tuppence Level and higher will all receive a Partisan Leader figure FREE, and those at lower levels may still be entitled to one dependant on the Packs that they choose.

Next up, should we get that far, is 'Buffler Bob'...
