The last man is finished. The standard bearer should be a sergeant, but the miniature is a lieutenant. The staff should be striped in yellow and blue, but is plain wood. The flag should be yellow with a golden lion on a blue shield crowned by the duke's crown.
Well, this is what history says. The miniature was sculpted as it is with the flagstaff and a lieutenant's uniform. I added a selfmade paper flag (printer paper folded and hardened with white glue) and painted it in the house of Nassau-Usingen's heraldic colours. So far it is a "could-be" for some protocol duty, but not worn in the field.


Mission accomplished, my task force against the forces of evil is finished - they will not fight in the line, but rather will put up their silver bayonets and load their muskets with silver bullets…
